Justin founded Gratus Staffing after six years as an Assistant Vice President at a Fortune 500 recruiting agency. He studied Finance at Towson University and holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School. Having spent over a decade in finance recruiting, he brings direct domain expertise to every search.

Gavin brings seven years as a Vice President at a Fortune 500 recruiting agency before joining Gratus. He earned his Business Management degree from The Catholic University of America and is known for building long-term partnerships grounded in integrity and trust. He specializes in finance, accounting, and operations across the DC metro area.
